WHO WE ARE

The Kern County Republican Central Committee is the voter-elected official representatives of the party . The Central Committee – or Kern GOP as most call it — is elected based on county supervisorial districts and the number elected is based on the number of registered Republicans in each supervisor district. The #1 job for the local party is to build voter registration and build turnout at the polls. This involves phoning, walking door -to-door, mail, and other campaigns to encourage Republicans to vote at every election opportunity . Our priorities include our congressional and state legislative elected positions, as well as ensuring wherever possible that other non-partisan offices have candidates who are Republican with a conservative philosophy about the important role of local government.

Our Ideals

  1. Limited Government
  2. National Security
